Do you Travel?
Short answer, YES! Please reach out for travel fees and locations we travel to.
How long have you been doing this?
I (Mya) have been doing photography since I was a teenager. I put the hobby down during 2020 and during my college career. I picked it back up in 2023 and haven’t stopped since. I have been doing this professionally since summer of 2023.
For videography, I (Lauren), have been working in this industry for many years. However, I am just getting into the wedding industry and could not be more excited about it.
How many photos do we get?
As a certified ‘over-shooter’ each session comes with at least 20 photos. Of course this depends on the amount of time we have together.
It is hard to truly put a number to it, but for weddings I try to promise 30-40 photos/hr at minimum. For other types of shoots this does vary heavily, but I can normally promise at the bare minimum 20-30 photos.
How do we get our photos?
Through Pixieset! The site you’re on now is an awesome all inclusive site for photographers like me! You’ll receive a link to a personal gallery through this site :)
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, but I say this in a light manner. I retouch lighting, color and things in the background. I also retouch temporary blemishes and fly away hairs. However, I do not and will not retouch peoples bodies, height, freckles, moles , etc.
These are things that make you, uniquely you. And therefore I am in no place to change that :)
Whats your turn around time?
Generally, 2 weeks but of course this depends on times of the year. During the busy season for smaller shorts like senior sessions it may extend to 3 weeks. Never more than 3 weeks.
For weddings it varies, but I try to promise 3-5 weeks. This is only because weddings are shot in such high volume, it takes a lot of time to go through each individual photo :)
Know that while this may seem like a long time, I can always put a rush on 'orders' if you communicate!
How do we book you?

Can you help us with planning?
For weddings, I do not offer planning services. I will help you be at ease for our session and do all I can but I do not plan weddings.
For other sessions, I will help you plan location, outfits and times.
How far out do you book?
Typically no less than 2 weeks and no more than 2 years. However each case is a little different so we can work something out to fit your specific needs.
What should we do for an engagement session?
I offer a complimentary engagement session with each and every one of my wedding packages! I do offer them separately as well if you do not want to book a full wedding with me.
What should we wear?
This entirely depends on what type of session you’re wanting. My rule of thumb is make sure you wear something YOU FEEL GOOD IN! However if you need help I am always here to do what I can!
